Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in the Green Yoga Quiz, organised by Vanalok Foundation, accessed via vanalokevents.com. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The quiz is open to participants of all age groups and nationalities unless otherwise specified.

2. Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• One registration per participant.
• Participants must provide a valid email ID and mobile number during registration.
• Login credentials and certificates will be sent to the registered email ID only.

3. Registration Fee

• The registration fee is ₹29 per participant.
• The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Quiz Access

• Participants should log in using the registered email ID or credentials provided.
• Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.

5. Fair Play Policy

• Participants are expected to complete the quiz independently.
• Any malpractice, use of unfair means, or multiple registrations by the same participant may lead to disqualification.

6. Prizes

• Winners will be selected based on quiz score.
• In case of a tie, the participant who completes the quiz in the shortest time may be given preference.
• The organizers' decision regarding winners shall be final and binding.
• Only the winners of the respective event will be notified for prize claims and must submit valid identification proof for verification before prize disbursement.

7. Certificates

• Every registered participant who successfully completes the quiz will receive an E-Certificate.
• Certificates will be issued only with the name entered during registration. Requests for name corrections after certificate generation may not be entertained.

8. Prize Distribution

• Winners may be required to submit valid identity proof and bank details (if applicable) before prize disbursement.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
• Prizes will be distributed within 30 working days after result declaration.

9. Data Privacy

• Personal information collected during registration will be used only for event administration, communication, certificates, and prize distribution.
• Participant information will not be shared with third parties except payment gateway/service providers as required for processing registrations.

10. Organizer's Rights

• Vanalok Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• The organizers reserve the right to verify participant details whenever necessary.
• Any applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government regulations.

11. Acceptance

• By registering for the event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

12. Result Declaration Date

• Efforts will be made to announce the results within 15–20 working days after the event, and may be delayed if any technical errors occur in the system.

13. Camp

• For State-Level Camps, eligible winners will receive up to three opportunities within one year to attend a Vanalok camp. The prize may be redeemed only once by attending any one of the offered camps.
• International Camps will be informed in advance, within 2 years from the date of the event. Participants are responsible for their international airfare (to and from the destination). Vanalok will bear the expenses for local transportation, accommodation, meals and activities during the camp period.
